Lab Calls

We are now using "Lab Calls". You can access your lab test results at any time that is convenient for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can retrieve your results from any touch tone phone or internet connection. You will receive an automated telephone call to let you know when your results are available.

To retrieve your results by phone call 1-866-910-9075. You will be asked to enter a unique id and a PIN. Your unique ID is your social security number and your PIN is your date of birth. Please enter your date of birth in a 6digit format (mmddyy). Once you enter this information you will be able to listen to all the test results that are available for you.

To retrieve your result by internet connection log onto www.mytestresults.com and enter the
customer number 520218. You will be asked to enter a unique id and a PIN. Your unique ID is your social security number and you PIN is your date of birth. Please enter your date of birth in a 6 digit format (mmddyy). Once this information is entered you may view your test results.
